A new look

We've made a few nice changes for the Holidays.

We moved the cash register area into the corner,

to give even more room to show off the Christmas tree and all the Local art we have on display.

It's Quite lovely.

to give as gifts for the holidays or to decorate your tree or your home!

$70.00 per student, ages 16 and up.

Saturday December 3rd -
from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a break for lunch

 Pre-paid Sign ups required by:November 26th.

Learn a basic technique using the traditional ukrainian wax method to create beautiful holiday egg ornaments.

All materials provided to complete up to 3 egg colorings, as time allows.

Since the dyes are staining, please wear crafting clothes.

Canvas rack

I was trying to decide how to make the canvas rack that we have able to hold more canvas...
maybe even make it look nice...

After too much struggle, I remembered the phrase "you can't make a silk purse out of  a sow's ear",
and decided to put it out of it's misery. :)

Everything we have fits much more smoothly in this rack.
Ok  I'll admit the Really big stuff isn't in the rack, (and there is more canvas on the way), but we will always find room for more product!

Take a good look

Honestly, one reason we are taking so many lovely photos of the store,
is that we are looking to rearrange a few things.
We want to see what works, and make it even easier to find everything you need.

I love stocking out product.

I know it sounds a bit silly...but when racks are empty, they look forlorn and toothless.
I love being able to restore a big toothy smile to the store.

Then there is the added benefit of being able to call customers, to let them know, that the special orders they requested have arrived.

Morning Light in the store

The sunlight early this morning was really quite lovely.

Most people don't get to see how nice it looks to see the sun really shining on these yummy art supplies...it makes them even more enticing.
