Making your own patterns for Ukrainian Eggs with Theresa Somerset
Photos show how Theresa starts with the image drawn onto a design sheet, and then the progressionto egg, to line drawing, and then to illustration/painting.
Theresa will be exploring the methods used to create unique designs and how to transfer a design idea onto a three dimensional surface…like and egg. These patterns aren't limited to just dyes; did you know you can use encaustics to decorate eggs?
