You can try these pastels on surfaces such as: Acrylic Ground for Pastels (both tinted and plain- the tinted is shown above), suede mat scraps, Mi-Teintes paper, Strathmore Charcoal Paper, Micaceous Iron Oxide prepped surfaces, canvas with Acrylic Ground for Pastels on it, and more.

Terry has created a vast array (over 400 intense colors) in a unique square pastel, that are uniformly soft across all densities of hue.
